  Uma bolsa de pós-doutorado para participação em subprojetos do Projeto Temático da FAPESP intitulado "Modulação de monócitos, macrófagos e pericitos pelos genes dos fatores estimuladores de colônia para tratamento de isquemia de membros em modelo murino" está disponível no Laboratório de Terapia Gênica do Departamento de Biofísica da EPM/Unifesp.
  
  O bolsista deverá participar de estudo sobre o efeito da superexpressão dos genes GM-CSF ou M-CSF no músculo esquelético em nível transcripcional e celular. 
  
  Os candidatos interessados devem possuir titulação de doutorado e experiência nas áreas de biologia celular e molecular e imunologia, confirmada por publicações e/ou tese de doutorado.
   
  Além disso, é imprescindível experiência com cultura celular de macrófagos, monócitos, pericitos (desejável), imunohistoquímica, imunofluorescência, citometria de fluxo, PCR quantitativa, Western blot, transfecção in vitro e in vivo (desejável), bem como outras técnicas de biologia molecular e celular.

  É esperado que o bolsista aceite supervisionar estudantes de graduação e pós-graduação e colaborar ativamente com outros projetos do laboratório.

  A postdoctoral position is available to participate in sub-projects of the FAPESP's Thematic Project entitled "Modulation of monocytes, macrophages and pericytes by the genes of colony stimulating factors for the treatment of mouse limb ischemia" in the Gene Therapy Laboratory of the Department of Biophysics of the School of Medicine (EPM) of the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP).
  
  The fellowship holder should participate in the study of the effect of overexpression of GM-CSF or M-CSF gene in skeletal muscle in transcriptional and cellular level. 
  
  Interested applicants must have a Ph.D. and experience in cellular and molecular biology and immunology confirmed by publications and/or Ph.D. thesis. 
  
  Furthermore, it is essential to have experience in cell culture of macrophages, monocytes, pericytes (desirable), immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, flow cytometry, quantitative PCR, Western blotting, transfection in vitro and in vivo (desirable), as well as other molecular and cellular biology techniques. 
  
  It is expected that the candidate accept to co-supervise undergraduate and graduate students and collaborate with other ongoing projects of the laboratory.

  For the applicants who meet the requirements, an in-person interview will be scheduled (or by Skype). The fellowship is for 24 months.
  
  This opportunity is open to candidates of any nationalities. The selected candidate will receive a FAPESP's Post-Doctoral fellowship in the amount of R$ 6,143.40 monthly and a research contingency fund, equivalent to 15% of the annual value of the fellowship which should be spent in items directly related to the research activity.
