  • Resumo Summary

    Oferecemos uma Bolsa de Pós-Doutorado para atuar em análises de transcriptomas, proteomas e metabolomas por microarrays, PCR-arrays, espectrometria de massa e ressonância magnética nuclear (realização das técnicas, análise e interpretação dos resultados). As atividades de pesquisa serão desenvolvidas, em sua maioria, na Faculdade de Medicina de Botucatu.

    A comunicação entre o pós-doutorando e várias equipes, trabalhando em diferentes subprojetos do projeto temático, será uma parte de suas atividades cotidianas, uma vez que as informações entregues pelas equipes de laboratório e pela equipe de pesquisa clínica devem seguir um fluxo bidirecional.

    Habilidades e experiências necessárias

    Os candidatos devem ter concluído doutorado, preferencialmente em Ciências Biológicas ou Tecnológicas ou áreas afins, com ênfase em transcriptoma, proteômica, metabolômica por Ressonância Magnética Nuclear e bioinformática. Preferencialmente deverá ter experiência comprovada em ciências ômicas em amostras clínicas. Também é necessário que o candidato tenha experiência em utilização de softwares de bioinformática.

    Inscrição

    Os candidatos interessados em concorrer a bolsa de Pós-Doutorado devem enviar para o e-mail institucional do projeto (diamater@fmb.unesp.br) os seguintes documentos:

    1) Carta de interesse em participar desta seleção e de desenvolver as atividades propostas;
    2) Curriculum Vitae (estrangeiros) ou Lattes (brasileiros) em que constem informações destacando as habilidades, experiências e lista de publicações. Anexar obrigatoriamente (sem este documento não será possível participar da seleção);
    3) Anexar (obrigatoriamente) a cópia do diploma acadêmico do doutorado concluído (sem a devida comprovação não será possível participar da seleção);
    4) Carta de recomendação.

    Informações sobre a bolsa estão disponíveis em http://www.fapesp.br/en/postdoc.

    Os candidatos devem enviar os documentos até 20 de dezembro de 2017. Depois desta a inscrição será indeferida. O “assunto” do e-mail deve incluir o texto "PD em Biomarcadores ômicos do músculo reto abdominal”, com arquivos em pdf anexado com tamanho de 2 MB, no máximo. O período previsto a divulgação do resultado é fevereiro de 2018 e a implementação da Bolsa provavelmente em março/abril de 2018. Todos os candidatos serão informados por e-mail sobre sua classificação nesta seleção.

    We offer a post-doctorate scholarship to perform with analysis of transcriptomes, proteomes and metabolomics, by microarrays, PCR-arrays, mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance (realization of techniques, analysis and interpretation of the results). The research activities will be developed at the Medical School of Botucatu of Sao Paulo State University (UNESP) -- Botucatu campus.

    The communication between the postdoctoral fellow and various teams, working on different subprojects of the thematic project, will be a part of your everyday activities, since the information provided by the laboratory teams and the clinical research team must follow a bidirectional flow.

    Necessary skills and experience

    The applicant must have completed doctorate, preferably in Biological or Technological Sciences or related areas, with emphasis on transcriptome, proteomics, metabolomics by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance and bioinformatics. Preferably, you should have proven experience in the omics sciences in clinical samples. It is also necessary that the candidate have experience in the use of bioinformatics software.

    Inscription

    Applicants interested in apply for the postdoctoral scholarship should send the following documents to the institutional email of the project (diamater@fmb.unesp.br):

    1) Letter of interest in participating in this selection and of developing the proposed activities;
    2) Curriculum Vitae (foreigners) or Lattes (Brazilians) which contain information highlighting skills, experiences and the list of publications. Necessarily (without this document it will not be able to participate in the selection);
    3) Attach (necessarily) the copy of the academic diploma of the doctorate completed; (without this proof it will not be possible to participate in the selection);
    4) Letter of recommendation.

    Scholarship information is available in http://www.fapesp.br/en/postdoc.

    Applicants must submit the documents by December 20 of 2017. After this date, the application will be rejected. The “subject” of the email must include the text “PD in omics biomarkers of the abdominal rectus muscle”, with files attached in pdf, with a maximum size of 2 MB. The scheduled period for the disclosure of the result is February 2018 and the implementation of the scholarship will probably begin in March / April 2018. All applicants will be informed by email about their ranking in this selection.
