  • Resumo Summary

    O Laboratório de Investigação e Intervenção em Saúde e Trabalho do Curso de Terapia Ocupacional da Faculdade de Medicina da USP busca candidatos interessados em uma bolsa de Pós-Doutorado em Saúde e Trabalho. O candidato selecionado irá compor a equipe do Projeto Temático financiado pela FAPESP intitulado "Construção da Intersetorialidade no Campo Saúde e Trabalho: perspectiva dos profissionais inseridos na rede de serviços do município de São Paulo".

    Este projeto, desenvolvido a partir de uma parceria entre Faculdade de Medicina da USP e Escola Politécnica da USP, tem como objetivo geral:
    - Conhecer, dar visibilidade e analisar os processos de trabalho dos atores envolvidos nas diferentes instâncias relacionadas ao campo das políticas públicas de saúde e trabalho, considerando a proposta de intersetorialidade trazida pela Política Nacional de Saúde e Segurança no Trabalho (PNSST), e;
    - Detectar sobreposições, lacunas e desenvolver avanços para a consolidação das redes intra e intersetoriais, com vistas à efetivação de um sistema integrado e global de atenção à saúde do trabalhador.

    O candidato selecionado estará sob supervisão da Profa. Dra. Selma Lancman, responsável e pesquisadora principal do estudo. Receberá ainda apoio do Prof. Dr. Laerte Idal Sznelwar, também pesquisador responsável pelo estudo.

    Ao candidato selecionado, caberá desenvolver plano de trabalho específico, cujo objetivo geral é analisar as interfaces das ações de saúde do trabalhador na Atenção Primária em Saúde e nos Centros de Referência em Saúde do Trabalhador, com foco em possíveis sobreposições, limites e contribuições. Soma-se a isso a participação nas reuniões científicas bimensais da pesquisa (acompanhamento das demais etapas da pesquisa que estiverem ocorrendo no período); participação nas reuniões administrativas da pesquisa; e participação em publicações científicas.

    O candidato selecionado deverá dedicar-se integralmente às atividades de pesquisa por 12 meses. Além de se beneficiar por estar envolvido em atividades junto a um grupo de referência no campo saúde e trabalho, portanto, altamente inovador, acessará, além do valor da bolsa mensal de Pós-Doutorado, uma reserva técnica de 15% do valor da bolsa total recebido pelos 12 meses (para mais informações, consulte FAPESP Post-Doctoral Fellowships no endereço fapesp.br/en/postdoc).

    O candidato deve ter concluído o seu doutoramento numa área correlata ao estudo (Saúde Coletiva, Saúde Pública, Psicologia do Trabalho, Ciências da Reabilitação, Engenharia de Produção, Sociologia, entre outras). Fluência em Português é obrigatória, assim como conhecimentos em Saúde do Trabalhador, Sistema Único de Saúde - SUS. Desejável ainda conhecimento em manejo/condução de grupos, Ergonomia da Atividade e Psicodinâmica do Trabalho.

    The Laboratory of Occupational Healthcare Research and Intervention of the course of Occupational Therapy of the Faculty of Medicine of USP is seeking for applicants interested in a Postdoc scholarship in Ocupational Healthcare. The selected applicant will be part of the theme Project team financed by FAPESP entitled "The construction of the intersectorality in the Occupational Healthcare field: perspective of the professional inserted in the service network of the municipality of São Paulo".

    This Project, developed from the partnership between the Faculty of Medicine of USP (University of São Paulo) and the Polytechnic School of USP (University of São Paulo), has as an overall goal:
    - To know, give visibility and analyze the working processes of the actors involved in the different instances related to the field of public policies of health and work, considering the intersectoriality proposal brought by the National Occupational Safety and Health Plan, and;
    - To detect overlaps, gaps and to develop improvements to the consolidation of the intra and intersectoral networks aiming the establishment of an integrated and global occupational health care system.

    The selected applicant will be under the supervision of Professor Selma Lancman, Ph.D. responsible for and the main researcher of the study. The person will receive support from Professor Laerte Idal Sznelwar, Ph.D. and main researcher of the study as well.

    The selected applicant will have to develop a specific work plan whose overall goal is to analyze the interfaces of the occupational health actions in Primary health care and in the Occupational Health Reference Centers, with a focus on possible overlaps, limits and contributions. Add to this, the participation in the bimonthly scientific meetings (monitoring the remaining steps of the research occurring in that period); participation in the research administrative meetings; and participation in scientific publication are required.

    The selected applicant must dedicate himself/herself integrally to the research activities for twelve (12) months.

    Besides benefiting from the engagement in activities with a highly innovative reference group in the occupational health field, the selected applicant will access not only a monthly Postdoc scholarship but also a technical reserve of 15% of the total amount of the monthly Postdoc scholarship received within 12 months.     The applicant must have concluded his/her PhD in a related area to the study (Collective Health, Public Health, Work Psychology, Rehabilitation Sciences, Production Engineering, and Sociology, among others). It is mandatory to be fluent in Portuguese, as well as to know about Occupational Healthcare, Public Health Service (SUS). It is desirable to know how to manage/conduct groups, Activity Ergonomics and Psychodynamics of Work.
