  • Resumo Summary

    O Laboratório de Química e Função de Proteínas, Departamento de Bioquímica, EPM-UNIFESP, oferece uma oportunidade de pós-doutorado financiada pela FAPESP e vinculada ao projeto “Fragmentos Derivados de Proteínas com seletividade para inibição de enzimas de mamíferos e micro-organismos e seu papel como agente anti-inflamatório, antimicrobiano, antitrombótico e antitumoral: mecanismo de ação”, sob orientação da Dra. Maria Luiza Vilela Oliva.

    O bolsista participará de pesquisa em biologia celular/molecular e bioquímica investigando a ação de compostos em modelos tumorais e de inflamação in vitro e in vivo. O candidato deve ser fluente em inglês, ter se doutorado em Ciências Biológicas, com ênfase em Biologia Celular/Molecular e Bioquímica em período máximo de 7 anos. As inscrições podem ser realizadas através do e-mail mlvoliva@unifesp.br até 30 de setembro de 2019.

    Habilidades e experiências necessárias

    Procura-se candidatos com bom desempenho acadêmico e desenvolvimento na redação de artigos, com experiência comprovada por meio da produção científica nas áreas de:

    • Caracterização e purificação de proteínas/peptídeos pelas técnicas cromatográficas FPLC e HPLC (fundamental);

    • Comportamento celular por microscopia confocal (desejável);

    • Técnica de citometria de fluxo (fundamental);

    • Manipulação com linhagens celulares e cultura 3D (fundamental);

    • Experiência com PCR em tempo real e técnica de western blotting (fundamental);

    • Manipulação e experimentação animal (fundamental);

    • Avaliação do comportamento leucocitário por microscopia intravital (fundamental);

    • Dosagem de citocinas pró-inflamatórias e determinação do óxido nítrico (desejável);

    • Expressão heteróloga de proteínas (desejável);

    • Fluência em inglês com experiência de no mínimo 6 meses no exterior (fundamental);

    • Habilidade de comunicação oral e escrita (fundamental).

    Duração: inicialmente 24 meses, renovável até 48 meses, dependendo dos resultados obtidos e relatórios entregues a cada 12 meses.

    A vaga está aberta a brasileiros e estrageiros pós-doutores. O candidato selecionado receberá a bolsa de pós-doutorado da FAPESP no valor de R$ 7.373,10 mensais e Reserva Ténica equivalente a 15% do valor anual da bolsa.

    Caso o bolsista tenha residência em domicílio fora da cidade na qual a bolsa é oferecida pela instituição sede, o candidato poderá solicitar auxílio-instalação. Informações adicionais em: www.fapesp.br/bolsas/pd.

    Inscrição

    As inscrições devem ser enviadas à Dra. Maria Luiza Vilela Oliva e precisam conter:
