• Resumo Summary

  Esta bolsa será para uma pesquisa de pós-doutoramento envolvendo os nexos entre alimento, água e energia (FWEN – food-water-energy nexus) em cidades usando infraestrutura verde e azul. A bolsa é para 12 meses com possibilidade de extensão por outros 16 meses. A bolsa seguirá a Norma para concessão de Bolsas de Pós-Doutorado vinculadas a Projetos Temáticos da FAPESP (http://www.fapesp.br/5389).

  A pesquisa será parte do projeto "Entendendo Iniciativas Inovadoras para Governar Alimento, Água e Energia em Cidades" (IFWEN - Understanding Innovative Initiatives for Governing Food, Water and Energy Nexus in Cities), financiado pela FAPESP, Belmont Forum (http://www.belmontforum.org/) e JPI Urban Europe (jpi-urbaneurope.eu) envolvendo o consórcio IFWEN com parceiros em seis países como parte da Sustainable Urbanisation Global Initiative (jpi-urbaneurope.eu/project/ifwen/).

  A pesquisa tem como objetivo quantificar os nexos e entender os aspectos ligados aos trade-offs entre alimento, água e energia (FWE) em atividades urbanas. O bolsista irá desenvolver junto com os outros membros do consórcio internacional um método para avaliar a governança dos nexos entre FWE usando infraestrutura verde ou azul. Isso incluirá a coleta e análise de dados sobre casos de iniciativas de FWEN em 9 cidades do mundo.

  A vaga está aberta a brasileiros e estrangeiros. O selecionado receberá Bolsa de Pós-Doutorado da FAPESP no valor de R$ 7.373,10 mensais e Reserva Técnica equivalente a 15% do valor anual da bolsa para atender a despesas imprevistas e diretamente relacionadas à atividade de pesquisa.

  One post-doctoral position with fellowship funded by the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) is available at FGV/EAESP in the city of São Paulo (Brazil) to integrate the research team of the project “Understanding Innovative Initiatives for Governing Food, Water and Energy Nexus in Cities” supported by the Belmont Forum (http://www.belmontforum.org/) and JPI Urban Europe (jpi-urbaneurope.eu) as part of the Sustainable Urbanisation Global Initiative – SUGI (https://jpi-urbaneurope.eu/project/ifwen/).

  The fellowship is for 12 months with a possible extension of another 16 months (28 months in total) according to FAPESP norms (www.fapesp.br/en/postdoc).

  This project will advance our understanding of innovative FWEN solutions in cities by focusing on Green and Blue Infrastructure (GBI). The objective of the research is to analyze how key elements of food-water-energy governance have improved in 9 cities around the world.

  This opportunity is open to candidates of any nationalities. The selected candidate will receive a FAPESP’s Post-Doctoral fellowship in the amount of BRL 7.373,10 monthly and a research contingency fund, equivalent to 15% of the annual value of the fellowship which should be spent in items directly related to the research activity.
