Summary
O(a) candidato(a) aprovado(a) irá trabalhar no plano do projeto de “Desenvolvimento de dispositivo para determinação de tempo de coagulação – Dispositivo leitor”. É esperado que o candidato consiga:
- Desenvolver um algoritmo capaz de mensurar a reação de coagulação, estabelecendo uma relação com o tempo de protrombina;
- Realizar estudo para validação do algoritmo;
- Desenvolver circuito eletrônico para medição da reação de coagulação;
- Implementar rotinas de software em C embarcadas no equipamento.A posição requer experiência e conhecimento em: Engenharia Eletrônica; Processamento de sinal digital; Programação em C.

- CV reduzido (máximo de 4 páginas), enfatizando os principais indicadores acadêmicos;
- Carta de recomendação.A vaga está aberta a brasileiros e estrangeiros. O selecionado receberá Bolsa de Pós-Doutorado da FAPESP no valor de R$ 7.373,10 mensais e Reserva Técnica equivalente a 15% do valor anual da bolsa para atender a despesas imprevistas e diretamente relacionadas à atividade de pesquisa.
The approved candidate will work on the project plan of "Development of a device for determining clotting time – Reader device" at the Dante Pazzanese Institute of Cardiology in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. It is expected that the candidate will be able to:
- Develop an algorithm capable of measuring the clotting reaction, establishing a relationship with the prothrombin time;
- Perform study to validate the algorithm;
- Develop electronic circuit for measuring the coagulation reaction;
- Implement C software routines embedded in the equipment.The position requires experience and knowledge in: Electronic Engineering; Digital signal processing; C programming.

- Letter describing previous experience and interest in the vacancy (1 page);
- Reduced CV (maximum of 4 pages), emphasizing the main academic indicators;
- Letter of recommendation.This opportunity is open to candidates of any nationalities. The selected candidate will receive a Post-Doctoral fellowship from the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) in the amount of R$ 7,373.10 monthly and a research contingency fund, equivalent to 15% of the annual value of the fellowship which should be spent in items directly related to the research activity.
