  O Laboratório Biologia Celular e Molecular do Músculo Estriado, coordenado pelo Prof. Dr. Anselmo Sigari Moriscot, dispõe de uma vaga para Pós-Doutorado com Bolsa proveniente da FAPESP.
  
  O laboratório está situado no Departamento de Anatomia do Instituto de Ciências Biomédicas da USP em São Paulo.
  
  A bolsa é proveniente da FAPESP e tem duração de 1 ano, com possibilidade de renovação. Estamos procurando por indivíduos excepcionalmente motivados e que possam trabalhar de maneira independente e em grupo.
  
  Requisitos / Perfil Desejado:
  É desejável que o candidato tenha o Doutorado realizado nas áreas de Biologia Celular e Molecular, preferencialmente com foco em músculo estriado, com experiência em cultura celular, transfecção de células, western blotting, microscopia de fluorescência, PCR em tempo real, além de bom nível de inglês.

  A full-time post-doctoral position is immediately available for a motivated team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills within the Department of Anatomy, Institute of Biomedical Sciences, University of São Paulo, Brazil, studying skeletal muscle regeneration, atrogenes/E3 ligases expression, supplementation with leucine and microRNAs involved in skeletal muscle regeneration.
  
  This position is funded by FAPESP. The successful candidate will work under the mentorship of an established principal investigator formulating hypotheses and designing experiments for further investigation. The candidate will also be responsible for supervising student trainees and laboratory facilities. The successful candidate will devote 100% effort.
  
  Minimum requirements: Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology or related fields. Preference will be given to individuals with proven experience on molecular biology of striated muscle. Applicants must have experience in a majority of the following techniques: mouse handling and in vivo and in vitro infection procedures, western blotting, fluorescence microscopy, real time PCR and cell culture. Candidates should be creative, personally motivated, have excellent oral and written communication skills and a sense of teamwork. It is mandatory that applicants are fluent in English. The candidate is expected to prepare abstracts, scientific papers, annual reports and presentations.
