  • Resumo Summary

    O Estudo SABE: Saúde, Bem-estar e Envelhecimento é um estudo longitudinal de múltiplas coortes sobre condições de vida e saúde dos idosos residentes no município de São Paulo desde 2000.

    Este estudo e o pós-doutorado são parte do Projeto Temático "Estudo SABE: Saúde, Bem-estar e Envelhecimento - coorte 2015" (FAPESP 2014/50649-6).

    O bolsista de pós-doutorado desenvolverá pesquisas sobre fragilidade em idosos: avaliação, determinantes precoces, evolução, demandas assistenciais e impacto na utilização de serviços sociais e de saúde.

    Os candidatos devem ter interesses de pesquisa compatíveis com o Projeto Temático, conhecimento de bioestatística (análise de sobrevida, regressão, análise hierárquica) e doutorado obtido recentemente, de preferência há menos de dois anos.

    O candidato deve ser fluente em português e inglês e deverá dedicar-se integralmente às atividades do projeto.

    SABE Study: Health, Well-being and Aging is a longitudinal study of multiple cohorts about living conditions and health of the elderly in São Paulo baselined in 2000.

    This study and the postdoctoral fellowship are part of the Thematic Project "SABE Study: Health, Well-being and Aging - Cohort 2015" (FAPESP 2014/ 50649-6).

    The postdoctoral fellow will develop research about fragilty in the elderly: evaluation, determinants, evolution and impact on demands assistance.

    Applicants must have research interests compatible with the Thematic Project and knowledge of biostatistics (survival analysis, regression, hierarchical analysis) and have recently obtained a doctorate, preferably within the last two years.

    Candidates must be fluent in Portuguese and English. The selected candidate must devote full attention to project activities and is requested to submit the following documents to yedaenf@usp.br:

    This opportunity is open to candidates of any nationalities. The selected candidate will receive a FAPESP's Post-Doctoral fellowship in the amount of R$ 6,143.40 monthly and a research contingency fund, equivalent to 15% of the annual value of the fellowship which should be spent in items directly related to the research activity.
