  • Resumo Summary

    A bolsa de pós-doutorado é parte do projeto REDE COMIGRAS, cujo objetivo é identificar e analisar os impactos da pandemia de COVID-19 sobre a população de migrantes e refugiados.

    O candidato coletará dados documentais e digitais, além de documentos referentes a políticas públicas para esta população. Exige-se habilidade em análise e tratamento de dados qualitativos e fluência em inglês. É desejável experiência prévia em pesquisa sobre migrações e saúde.

    A primeira fase da seleção será feita a partir de: 1) carta de intenções de até duas páginas, justificando potencial de contribuição e aderência ao projeto; 2) súmula curricular com as características solicitadas pela FAPESP (fapesp.br/5266); e 3) carta de recomendação de pesquisador(a) sênior. A segunda fase corresponde à entrevista on-line com as(os) candidatas(os) pré-selecionadas(os).

    A vaga está aberta a brasileiros e estrangeiros. O selecionado receberá Bolsa de Pós-Doutorado da FAPESP no valor de R$ 8.479,20 mensais e Reserva Técnica equivalente a 10% do valor anual da bolsa para atender a despesas imprevistas e diretamente relacionadas à atividade de pesquisa.

    The PD fellowship is part of the REDE COMIGRAS project, a scientific undertaking based at the Federal University of São Paulo (Brazil) whose objective is to identify and analyze the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the migrant and refugee population. The candidate will collect documentary and digital data and documents relating to public policies for this population. Skills in qualitative data analysis and processing and fluency in English are required. Previous experience in research on migration and health is desirable.

    The first phase of the selection will be based on:

    1. A letter of intentions of up to 2 pages, justifying potential contribution and adherence to the project.

    2. A curriculum summary with the characteristics requested by FAPESP (fapesp.br/en/6351).

    3. Letter of recommendation from the senior researcher.

    The second phase corresponds to an online interview with the pre-selected candidates.

    The position is open to candidates of any nationality. The selected candidate will receive a Post-Doctoral Fellowship from the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) in the value of R$ 8,479.20 per month and a Research Contingency Fund equivalent to 10% of the annual fellowship value to cover unforeseen expenses directly related to the research activity.
