  • Resumo Summary

    O bolsista de Pós-Doutorado (PD) deverá realizar pesquisa de caráter arquivístico, etnográfico e editorial em torno da obra do compositor, poeta e etnógrafo goês Agapito Miranda.

    Como resultado de sua pesquisa, o bolsista deverá produzir uma organização, digitalização e edição da obra manuscrita, em 5 volumes, de Agapito Miranda, e ainda produzir pelo menos 2 artigos a serem submetidos em revista de alto impacto acadêmico, bem como apresentá-los em seminários.

    É indispensável que o candidato possua experiência em metodologias colaborativas de investigação e humanidades digitais, sobretudo na área da Música e da Literatura Oral, e que seja proficiente na leitura de partituras e no uso de software de escrita musical.

    This Post-doctoral fellowship (PD) aims to develop archival, ethnographic and editorial research on the work of the Goan composer, poet and ethnographer Agapito Miranda.

    As a result of this research, the candidate is expected to organize, digitalize and edit Miranda's five volume manuscript, and also produce at least two articles to be submitted to prestigious academic journals as well as present them at national or international conferences.

    It is foremost that the candidate should have experience in collaborative research methodologies and digital humanities, specially in the field of Music and Oral Literature. The candidate must also be proficient in the reading of scores as well as in the use of software for musical composition.

    This opportunity is open to candidates of any nationalities. The selected candidate will receive a FAPESP's Post-Doctoral fellowship in the amount of R$ 6.819,30 monthly and a research contingency fund, equivalent to 15% of the annual value of the fellowship which should be spent in items directly related to the research activity.
