The São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) is receiving submissions for the M-ERA.Net 2015 call for proposals. Researchers associated with higher education and research institutions and companies in the State of São Paulo can participate.
M-ERA.NET is an EU funded network which supports transnational high risk R&D projects addressing Materials Science and Engineering including micro and nano technologies, production processes and technologies.
The specific objectives for the M-ERA.Net Call 2015 (www.m-era.net/joint-call-2015) are increasing synergy, support for innovation chain, international cooperation, interdisciplinarity and socio-ecological benefits. Proposals will typically be smaller than proposals submitted to the EU Framework Programme.
In addition to the M-ERA.Net Call 2015 guidelines, proposals to FAPESP must be submitted either as a Regular Research Awards (www.fapesp.br/137#4772) or as a Technological Innovation in Small Businesses Program (PIPE – phase II www.fapesp.br/58#3) scheme.
The maximum project duration is up to 36 months and the proposal must be submitted in English. In the Sate of São Paulo, the researchers must also follow the schedule at the M-ERA.Net Call 2015.
Information about the call for proposals is available at: www.fapesp.br/9320.
