FAPESP announces its participation in the GlobalStars Call for Proposals for Joint Research Projects. The call is an initiative launched by EUREKA, an intergovernmental network established in 1985 with the aim of facilitating international research and innovation cooperation.

Brazil, Austria, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland are the countries participating in this call. Those interested are invited to submit joint proposals in any field of industrial and technological research.

The projects must fill the requirements published by Eureka at: www.eurekanetwork.org/globalstars-brazil-2018.

In the State of São Paulo, FAPESP will receive proposals following the scheme of its Innovative Research in Small Business Program (PIPE) and the rules available at www.fapesp.br/en/11844.

The consortium must include at least one company based in the State of São Paulo and one company (for profit, independent) based in one of the other countries participating in the call.

The São Paulo company must have less than 250 employees, and the duration of the projects may not exceed 24 months.

Proposals must be simultaneously submitted to FAPESP (through SAGe system) and EUREKA, until October 31, 2018.
