FAPESP and the British Council, with the Newton Fund, announce a new call for proposals to support the organization of research workshops.
The call “FAPESP / Brazil – Newton Researcher Links (BNRL) Workshop 2018” is designed to bring together researchers from the State of São Paulo and researchers from United Kingdom, building links for future collaborations and enhancing career opportunities.
Proposals will be accepted in any field of knowledge, including natural sciences, social sciences, arts and humanities. FAPESP and the British Council will co-fund the workshops.
The events must take place in the State of São Paulo, between February 1, 2019 and January 31, 2020, in English, with duration of three to five days.
The workshops will be coordinated by two leading researchers: one from a UK institution, and one working in a higher education or research institution in the State of São Paulo.
